Since its establishment in 1923 on the west side of Chicago, PCR Machining, Inc. has expanded from the dedicated production of connecting rods to full service, single-source manufacturing of multiple custom components, including items such as compressor crankcases, blocks & heads. Our high-tech CNC machining centers run low to medium volume production lots in a variety of materials including alloy steels, grey & ductile iron, aluminum, brass & bronze. MasterCam CAD/CAM software is used to facilitate prototyping as well as in-house design and construction of fixtures. Additionally, we offer value-added services such as materials procurement, supply chain management, and complete turnkey solutions.
