PCR Machining, Inc. specializes in high-speed, precision CNC machining – milling, boring, drilling, tapping, and turning. We regularly hold precision tolerances to .0002”. In addition, we also offer our expertise in the development of new product designs, reverse engineering of existing parts, and assistance with sub-assembly component sourcing.
Our specialty is the custom manufacture of pump and engine components, such as but not limited to: connecting rods, crankcases, blocks, heads, and other metal components for OEM applications. We serve many local and national markets, including oil and natural gas, air and gas compressor, refrigeration, fluid power, agriculture, locomotive, and automotive aftermarket.
We operate out of a single facility located in Broadview, IL, just west of Chicago. Our 18,250 sq ft building houses our office, production floor, quality control center, tool room, fixture shop, and shipping docks. Our machinery includes horizontal Toyoda CNC Machining Centers, MS horizontal Machining Centers, vertical Monarch CNC Machining Centers, and Blanchard Grinders.
